About the Client Service Coordinator Position

Our Client Service Coordinator, or CSC, will act as a connection, providing support and resolving problems that our clients might face.

The best CSC's are genuinely delighted to help customers. They’re patient, thorough, detailed, and empathetic. They love to help. Client service coordinators can put themselves in their clients’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and our CSCs can gather it for us.

Client Service Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients into our system and set up their accounts
  • Assist with customization requests from our clients
  • Communicate daily with clients and assist with any questions or concerns
  • Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, mail, or live chat feature.
  • Call clients and verify account information
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Client Service Coordinator Requirements

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative

  • 1- 3 years of customer support related experience

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • BSc degree in relevant field
